Ready to book a demo about Town Web?
It’s a live demo, tailored to you and your questions. Our goal is to show you around and make sure you feel comfortable, so you can see how your life could look with a Town Web solution.
You’ll be talking with Phil, Jerrica, Paulo, Gene or Jelena for your demo
We’re filming. It’ll be short, it’ll be us, and there won’t be a single slide in it.
60 seconds with the team: what a demo is like, minus the slides.
The things we cover for you
-
Discovery
We want to understand what you’re looking for: what you have now, what’s working, what isn’t, and what you’d like to see.
-
The clerk’s side
The admin section, the meat and potatoes of what a clerk needs to do day to day, since clerks wear many hats. Posting a notice, an agenda, a calendar event, sending an email or text alert. This is usually the part where people relax.
-
Your questions
Migration, ADA, .gov, timelines, contracts, “what if we…”. Ask anything. If we don’t know, we’ll say so and find out.
What it isn’t: a sales pitch. We’re here to help you see how you can be more successful with Town Web on your side.
Pick a time
You’ll get a calendar invite with the Zoom link straight away. Bring anyone you like: a fellow clerk, your administrator, a board member, IT. The calendar blocks an hour; the demo itself runs 30–60 minutes depending on your questions.
Loading the calendar. If it doesn’t appear, open the booking page in a new tab, or call 877-995-TOWN (8696).
Prefer to talk first? Call 877-995-TOWN (8696) or email sales@townweb.com. Just want a number? Request a Quote instead.
Demo FAQs
On a scale of 1 to 10, how salesy is the demo?
Zero! No slide decks, no countdown timers, no “act now” anything. We’re here to show you what you’d actually get, answer your questions straight, and help you feel comfortable that Town Web is a good fit for you and your municipality.
Do we need to prepare anything?
Nope! Have your current website open if you like, plus any questions you want answered. If there’s something you’d like us to look at ahead of time, email sales@townweb.com and we’ll come prepared! Snacks are welcome, by the way. As busy as clerks are, there’s a good chance you’re squeezing this in on your break, and nobody here will judge a sandwich on camera!
Who can join the demo?
The more the merrier! Typically it’s the clerk, or whoever ends up posting notices, keeping pages updated and sending alerts day to day. It’s also a great idea to bring along anyone who’ll weigh in on the decision (a board member, mayor, administrator or manager), and IT if you have technical questions to throw at us. Groups are welcome; the calendar invite is forwardable.
How long is the demo?
We book a one-hour time slot. Most demos fit comfortably in 30 minutes, and we can run up to the full 60 depending on the questions you bring. Either way, we will stick around as long as necessary to make sure all your questions are answered.
Can you present to our board or council?
Yes! We’re happy to help out as much as possible, and we can do so over Zoom. See it yourself first if you’d like, then pick a time your board or council can attend.
We already have a website and a vendor.
That’s most of the people we talk to. We’ll walk through what switching involves: we migrate your content, you review a staged site before anything goes live, and your old site stays up until the new one is ready, typically 6–8 weeks from signing to launch.
Have an RFP instead? Here’s how we handle those.
