Having trouble using a website? Tell us — a person will help.
Town Web builds and hosts websites for cities, towns and villages. If something on townweb.com or on a municipal website we built doesn’t work for you, or you need information in a different format, contact us any way you like. Every message is read by a person, and we aim to reply within two business days.
Reach us the way that works for you
Use whichever is easiest. You don’t need to explain your disability — just tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way.
-
Phone
Toll-free. If nobody picks up, leave a message and we’ll call you back. If you use a relay service, dial 711 and give the operator our number.
-
Email
Put “Accessibility” in the subject line if you can — it helps us route it quickly. Plain text is fine.

Madison, WI 53715Attention: Accessibility.
Our promise: a real person reads every message and replies within two business days, in the format you ask for. If a problem is on our side, we fix it. If it concerns content a municipality publishes on its site, we pass it on and connect you with the right person there.
Send us a message
Two fields are required: a way to reach you, and what you need. Everything else is optional. There is no CAPTCHA or time limit.
Something was missing
Please tell us how to reach you and what you need, then send the message again — or call, email or fax us.
We couldn’t send your message
Sorry — the form didn’t go through. Please email us or call 877-995-TOWN (8696) instead. Your message wasn’t lost from your screen if you go back.
Thank you — we have your message
A person will read it and reply within two business days, using the contact details you gave. If it’s urgent, call 877-995-TOWN (8696).
What happens next
- We confirm we have it. By email or phone, within two business days, in the format you asked for.
- We look at the problem with you. Sometimes a quick question — which page, which browser or device, what you were trying to do — is enough to find it.
- We fix what’s ours. Problems in the platform (page templates, menus, navigation, forms) get fixed by Town Web and rolled out to every affected site.
- We hand off what isn’t. The text, images and documents on a municipal website are published by that municipality. We pass your message to the right person there and tell you who that is, so you aren’t left chasing.
- We give you the information another way meanwhile. If a document or page is the barrier, ask us for the content in the format that works for you — large print, plain text, an accessible file, or a phone call.
